Network Marketing Training - How Do You Close the Sale Faster?

Here’s the deal..

how you end is how you start...

If you go into a presentation and you haven’t set it up properly with your appointment booking, it is not going to go well.

What I've learn by being in Network Marketing since 2009 and doing a lot of business presentations, is that if we can setup the presentation properly from the get-go, we have a way easier and more effective time closing the sale when we ask for it.

How do we do that?

#1 Set the Presentation Up Right

When you're setting up the appointment, you always want to make sure your prospect will be able to give you their undivided attention for the time you need it and be in a position to take the next step with you.

For example, I would never set up an appointment with someone off-the-cuff really quickly. Let’s say they're watching the business presentation at their kid’s soccer game and they're in the middle of a ton of distractions and they really aren’t in a position to make an educated decision or take the next step.

So, when setting up the appointment, you want to make sure it's at a time when your prospect can be able to watch the presentation, free of distractions and have the opportunity to make a decision right then and there!

#2 Leave the chit-chat To A Minimum

Sometime when we get nervous or when we're new to the Industry and we get in front of our prospects, we tend to talk a lot and it has nothing to do with business.

When I go into the business presentation, I have a process I follow and I also know what to say to counteract the chit-chat while I'm sharing my presentation ( I share this in this week’s FREE download so make sure you get it)

Network Marketing Training - How To Close The Sale Super Tip

You can eliminate the "I want to think about it" obstacle that you might get from your prospects by implementing an Emotional Trigger with them.

Typically this is in the setup before they watch the presentation.

If you know something about your prospect, setup your presentation as the solution to their problem.

For example, if I know my prospect, John, wants to cut back hours at work so he can spend more time with his family, I might say this before the presentation even starts:

“Hey John, I know you told me that you wanted to cut back on some hours at work and spend more time with the family. This is why I felt this was really important to share with you because it can help you do that if it’s something you are serious about doing.”

This helps your prospect pay close attention to the presentation and build that emotion around it because it can help them with something that they really want, so they're more inclined to pay more attention to it.

#3 ASK for the Sale!!!!!

After the presentation, the most important part in learning how to close the sale is ASKING for the sale!

Ask your prospect

WHAT DID YOU LIKE BEST?

And after they point out of the things they liked best about the presentation, I'll say something like:

“Great! Do you see an opportunity for yourself?”

If they say no, you can cross them off your list, but if they say Yes, you can take the next step.....

The Next Step

“Is there anything else you need to know before we get you started?”

If they have additional questions, help them get those answers and get them started!

If you have someone that wants to get started and they see an opportunity for themselves, but they need to get a few questions answered first, make sure you have the next appointment time scheduled in your calendar and in theirs.

Never leave a meeting with someone interested and NOT scheduled with you to get started.

This helps to have a goal date to work towards without you having to hound them.
