Boosting Team Productivity In Network Marketing Highlights:

[3:00] Think about it this way; it's ten times easier to keep a current customer retained and get them to keep buying stuff with you and around the campfire and loving your brand and loving your stuff than it is to go out there and get a new customer.
[3:48] Having a system to motivate and to keep your customers around the campfire with you is key in today's crowded social media world. The good news? Standing out and building those relationships doesn't have to be complicated!
[8:10] You know how important it is to have a system in place to welcome new customers or teammates, right? It's all about encouragement, showing them the ropes, and keeping them motivated. I'm excited to share two ways I do just that!
[11:03] Facebook Groups are awesome for creating a welcoming onboarding experience. I'll explore how to leverage these communities to keep your new team members feeling supported.
[12:26] Here's the biggest piece of advice I wish I'd gotten earlier about motivating and working with clients, coaching participants, and my team…

“If you can create that environment that makes people feel good no matter what, then they are going to stick around you versus anyone else.”
[21:19] For years my mind was trained to look for the things that were wrong, not the things that were great. I would look at the things and go, what could be better? Here's what I do differently now for boosting team productivity in network marketing.
[25:31] Learn how to create content that drives sales and business growth, not just engagement.
