I want to share an Entrepreneur Secret obsession of mine that has made me a millionaire in a short amount of time.
As a marketing educator and coach, I have a ton of people that reach out daily that want to know the secrets and the tactics to grow their business online.
One of the things I always recommend for those who are serious about growing their business to 6-figures and beyond is to hire a mentor or coach. But to be completely honest, hiring a coach isn't enough.
As a matter of fact, if you don't implement this one obsession of mine, you'll be wasting time and money when hiring a mentor.
So in this episode of Tanya Aliza TV, I'm going to share with you what I recommend when it comes to hiring and working with a business coach and how this one obsession of mine can 10x your results when doing so.

Coaching is the strategy, immersion is the implementation and obsession.
The most successful business owners that exist on planet earth are obsessed with their craft and their business implementation strategy.
Obsessed means that these successful business owners are all out massive action takers.
They are also obsessed with the implementation of what it is that they're doing and not just being obsessed with learning.
I’m a coach myself and I have worked with many clients all over the world with many different business styles. However, the best clients that I have are the ones that are not necessarily just listening to me but are the ones listening and immediately implementing.
When I first got started building my business online in 2010, I got obsessed with learning and implementing. I needed to make my business work so I went out to look for some of the best coaches there were out there. I took notes, listened, and got obsessed with implementing what I was learning.
A little problem I did find when it comes to the coaching industry is that everyone and their dog is a coach.
When I do a prequel analysis before I onboard a client, I always want to know how likely they are to take the information that I give them and implement it - because what I found is, there are a lot of people out there who are coach hopping.
Coach hopping is when a student will go to one coach, listen, take notes, be the best punctual student, but when it comes to implementation and getting obsessed with the craft, they don’t take action.
If you don’t take action, you’re never going to get results.
No matter what you do, as far as hiring a coach or who you hire as a coach, you have to immerse yourself in the process.
This is the only way to create real massive results and success in anything that you do.
Immersion is what made me a multi-millionaire.
Here are my bullet points on immersion:
Focusing on the activity and not the result, for a certain length of time
It takes a long time to build a business, at least a successful one. You have to focus on the right activities at the right time. When I hire a coach, I set my mind to win and take 90 - 120 days to purely immerse myself in the activity of implementing the strategy.
Buy ALL the courses
In 2010, there were certain marketing strategies I wanted to learn, one of those strategies was Facebook Ads and another was YouTube videos. What did I do? I immersed myself and I bought all the courses that taught me the strategies that I wanted to learn. I learned and grabbed nuggets from every little course that I purchased.
Immersion is Massive Action
Immersion is implementing what you’ve learned in those courses, masterminds, or working with a coach.
Follow all the Influencers in that space
Immerse yourself in your niche and learn from the influencers that are in your same niche and possibly the same target audience as yourself.
Go to all the training events and conferences
If there is something that crosses my desk that can tweak my business to be just a degree more successful, you bet I’m going to be there. You bet I’m buying the tickets.
Engage and network
Asking the right questions and engaging with other influencers, engaging with people that you’re buying the course from, engaging in Facebook communities, and making yourself visible - letting these people know that you are here to learn.
Play full out
I am talking about making a serious commitment to what it is that you are wanting to learn and wanting to do in your business.
If you treat your business like a hobby, it will pay you like a hobby. If you treat your business like a business, it will eventually pay you like a business.
Again, everyone and their dog is a coach but not everyone is Immersed and Obsessed with what they are doing.
The ones that are, are the ones that are crushing it.
Which one are you?

The truth is you can’t grow a 6-figure business when you don’t have the right coach and mindset.
You’ll need to find the right coach to strategize with and focus on immersing yourself in the process of growing your business.
